Walking down Royal St. in the golden hour with a post-work cocktail in hand, headed to the parades.  New Orleans is never lacking in beautiful moments.  Even amongst the chaos, the corruption, the filth, she shines through.

Taken in 2009 from my room at the Queen & Crescent.  Something about it.  Asking to be painted, or fine the way it is?
